[25/10/2025] Vietnam new location database

📢 Announcement: Vietnam Address Data Update (Effective November 1, 2025)

Starting November 1, 2025, Boxme will officially support the new administrative address data following Vietnam’s recent administrative merger.
Customers are required to update the two-level location database (Province/City – District) when using Boxme services.

During the transition period, customers may continue using both old and new address data in parallel until January 1, 2026.

🔄 API Endpoint Updates

1️⃣ Get Province API (Detail)

Update URL Endpoint to V3

When is_new_address=true, the API will return the new province/city list aligned with the 2025 administrative changes.

When omitted, the API will return the legacy address data (before November 1, 2025).
